Our terms of service governs your use of application, InvoiceAir, which you must agree to. Or else, if you don’t agree, refrain from using the app.

1. App Usage

You must agree to use the app responsibly and certainly in compliance with applicable laws. You must not misuse the app for illegal activities, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorized access to our invoicing platform.

What’s allowed:

  • Create and manage invoices and estimates
  • Manage your inventory (product/services)
  • Keep track of online payments
  • Generate business or financial reports
  • Organize your clients’ invoices and payments

What’s not allowed:

  • Sharing copyrighted or confidential material without any authorization.
  • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities using our app.
  • Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.

2. User Consent

By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

“Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States.

If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, please note we are not liable for any damages or data loss.
