Our service terms outline the rights and responsibilities between the user and us. By using the app, you must agree to these terms. Otherwise, please refrain from using the app.
1. App Usage
You must agree to use the app responsibly and certainly in compliance with applicable laws. You must not misuse the app for illegal activities, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
1.1 What’s allowed:
- Capture and manage screenshots for personal, or professional purposes.
- Edit, and share screenshots as per your needs.
- Save screenshots on your device or in the cloud storage.
1.2 What’s not allowed:
- Sharing copyrighted or confidential material without any authorization.
- Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities using the app.
- Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.
2. Privacy
We respect the user’s privacy and handle your data as outlined in our privacy policy. Our app does not collect unnecessary personal information. We do not sell or trade your data to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
3. Updates
The updation or modification to the app policy can be done to improve security or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of our app after an update signifies your acceptance of the changes. Please note that we are not liable for any issues arising from outdated versions of the app.
4. Subscriptions
ScreenShot App offers both free and paid subscription plans. Each subscription plan includes specific storage limits and feature access. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable billing terms, recurring charges, and limitations.
Users are responsible for managing their uploaded screenshots, files, and media within the allocated storage quota. Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Changes will take place at the next billing cycle. If required, users can cancel their subscriptions at any time.
There will be auto-renewal of the chosen subscription unless it is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will occur within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
5. Account Creation for ScreenShot App Users
As required, ScreenShot app users need to sign in through their Google Account or Apple account in order to access the functionality of the app. The user can manage and share screenshots and video recordings after signing up.
6. Liability Limitation
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or disruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
7. Law Compilation
Legal disputes and compliance with regulations will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the app aligns with local laws, especially regarding copyright regulations.
