Subscription Terms – AI Homework Helper

This page will introduce you to the subscription terms. Before purchasing our plans, we urge users to read and understand these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, we prefer not purchase our plans.

Subscription Plans

AI Homework Helper by Moon offers four paid subscription plans and an add-on plan, which are as follows:

  1. Basic – 200K tokens – $1.49/month
  2. Advance – 500K tokens – $2.49/month
  3. Pro – 750K tokens – $2.99/month
  4. Unlimited – 1M tokens – $4.49/month

Add-On Plan

  1. Add on – 100K tokens – $0.59/one time

Users will be provided with a token to access our services.

Billing and Payments

Our subscription plans are charged monthly and auto-renew at the end of the current billing cycle. Therefore, we are authorized to charge the applicable subscription fee automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Automatic Renewal

As our monthly subscription plans are subject to automatic renewal, they will renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be the same as the original plan, using the same payment method. Users can cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

The user can cancel the subscription plan at any time. Once called, no additional charges will apply, and all plan-related services will be unavailable.

Refund Policy

Instead of the support team, the refund process will be handled by Apple and Google themselves.

Third Party Payment Provider

AI Homework Helper by Moon may be processed through the third-party payment providers. Therefore, you may be bound by the terms governing the payment transactions.

Termination of Plan

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the subscription when the terms are violated and misused. We can also terminate the plan if we detect any fraudulent activity from the user’s side.
