Welcome to our Terms of Use page, which governs your use of the Moon Dialer software application on a device owned by Moon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd created. By accessing or using our app, you are bound by these terms of use. If you disagree with any term, then do not use our app. Therefore, we urge users to read the whole content carefully.

1) What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

  1. a) User Provided Information – The Application obtains the information to access your ‘Contacts’ list when you download the Application. Registration with us is not required to use the Application’s features.
  2. b) Automatically Collected Information – In addition, the Application does not collect certain information automatically, such as information about the way you use the Application.

2) Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

This application collects precise location data from your device based on your country. 

This country-specific location information helps our users experience a smooth 

application run. Ultimately, this data collection is solely for the user’s convenience.

3) Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. We will not share your information with third parties in this privacy statement.

We will not disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • Through our trusted service providers, we do not have independent access to the information we disclose to them, and we agree to comply with the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
  • If Moon Technolabs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or any portion of its assets, we will notify you of any change in ownership.

4) Which additional permissions will the user give to the app?

The User may also grant the App certain permissions to access information stored in the User’s device’s address book, including the User’s contacts, and to access the device’s microphone and speakers for calling purposes. We will not disclose your information to third parties, as stated in these terms of use.

5) What are my opt-out rights?

Opt out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your device, in the application marketplace (App Store), or via the network.

6) Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information and, thereafter, may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data you provided via the Application, please contact us at support@moonapps.io, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

7) Children

We do not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact us at support@moonapps.io. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

8) Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

9) Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will update here if there are any changes to our Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

10) Your Consent

By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to the U.S., processed, and stored there in accordance with U.S. privacy standards. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the U.S.

11)  Prohibited Use & Enforcement

Moon Dialer strictly prohibits the use of its platform for any abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or policy-violating activity. Any reports or findings of such activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice. The final decision regarding any enforcement action, including but not limited to account suspension, termination, or restriction of access, rests solely with Moon Dialer.
